Geroulanos Resigns over Threat of Increased German Tourism

Just when Greece thought things couldn’t get worse, German Free Democrat MEP Alexander Graf Lambsdorff encouraged his Teutonic countrymen to start visiting Greece again, the Guardian reports.

The news was not greeted well by Greece, and led to the immediate resignation of Greek Minister for Culture and Tourism, Pavlos Geroulanos.
